The stakeholder map below demonstrates the stakeholder scope of a multi-year, Microsoft-based project I was technology lead on. My responsibilities here included resource/team and stakeholder management, product and technology selection, and as overall technical lead, ultimate responsibility for the delivery of a successful solution.

My employer at the time, and I are in green. The core team is blue. Red denotes team leads, and black was used for subject matter experts not engaged full-time. At its peak the project consisted of 97 team members.
